En el presente trabajo se formula un tablero de mando Integral, a través de indicadores para la gestión de la Facultad de Ingeniería Industrial de la Universidad Tecnológica de Pereira.
En el se tienen en cuenta aspectos como la misión y la visión formuladas por la facultad en su plan de desarrollo e igualmente los lineamientos, la normatividad y tendencias en las Instituciones de Educación Superior en Colombia y otros referentes de España y América Latina.

In the present paper a Balanced Scored Card is formulated, through indicators for the management of the Faculty of Industrial Engineering of the Technological University of Pereira.
In the aspects keep in mind themselves as the mission and the vision formulated by the faculty in their development plan and likewise the features, the regulatory nature and tendencies in the Institutions of higher Education in Colombia and other referring of Spain and Latin America.
