La revisión del Protocolo de Montreal sobre sustancias agresivas con la capa de ozono, acordada el pasado 25 de noviembre, establece la limitación de fabricación de CFCs (R11, R12, R114 y R505, entre otros) afectan no sólo a las grandes industrias frigoríficas y del acondicionamiento del aire, sino también a los frigoríficos domésticos y al aire acondicionado en el automóvil, instalaciones ambas que funcionan casi exclusivamente con R12.
The revision of the Montreal Protocol on products harmful to the ozone layer, adopted November 25th last, establishes a ceiling on the production of halogenated by-products of saturated hydrocarbons.
