  • The article focuses on the bilateral security agreement between the Afghanistan government and a U.S. led coalition. Topics discussed include the financial support provided by the U.S. troops to North Vietnamese, the safe haven provide by the federally administered tribal areas (EATA) of Pakistan to terrorist groups Al-Qaeda and Taliban in 2001, and the increase of the migration rate in Pakistan following the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan in 1979.
