  • The article explores the view that the Commonwealth of Nations is an anachronism. Topics covered include the reason behind the decision of some nations to terminate membership from the Commonwealth, the member nations that have been suspended by the Commonwealth due to lack of compliance, and the Commonwealth's global influence through its provision of economic and political assistance to democracies.
