    Este artigo procura analisar a estrutura de governança do Arranjo Produtivo do Vestuário de Cianorte, no Estado do Paraná, a partir do mapeamento das relações socioeconômicas que conformam a governança local. Para isso, fundamenta-se no referencial teórico da sociologia das redes, a partir do qual se pode identificar como os atores integrantes desse APL interagem, como as relações socioeconômicas são construídas e como evoluem ao longo da formação histórica do arranjo. O trabalho aponta que a estrutura de governança do APL foi construída, historicamente, pela família pioneira no ramo de confecções da região e destaca as estratégias utilizadas por estes atores para se consolidarem como lideranças reconhecidas pelos demais atores do arranjo. O estudo demonstra ainda a capacidade da família pioneira em se manter no poder durante a trajetória de quase três décadas desde o início da atividade no município, adaptando-se às mudanças impostas pelas constantes reestruturações da rede, especialmente quando da intervenção de instituições públicas e parapúblicas no arranjo.

    This article analyse the structure of governance in the cluster of clothing in Cianorte in Paraná state from the point of view of the socioeconomics relations which caracterize the local governance.In order to make the analyse This article aims to analyze the structure of governance of the productive arrangement (APL) of clothing in Cianorte, in the state of Paraná, from the mapping of socioeconomic relations that make up local governance. In this regard, this article is based on the sociological theory of networks, from which it is possible to identify how actors of this APL interact, how the socioeconomic relationships are built and evolve over the historical formation of this APL. The article suggests that the governance structure of the APL was historically built by the pioneer family in the clothing branch of that region and, at the same time, highlights the strategies used by these actors to consolidate themselves as recognized leaders by other actors of the APL. The article also shows the ability of the pioneer family to remain in power during approximately three decades since the beginning of activity in the municipality, adapting themselves to the changes imposed by the constant restructuring of the network, especially when the intervention of public institutions and parastatal institutions in the APL.
