El desarrollo legislativo postconstitucional del Derecho civil aragonés se ha producido con exquisita atención y respeto a la historia, pero sin desatender la realidad social del siglo XXI en que debe ser aplicado. La conservación, modificación y desarrollo del Derecho civil aragonés está siendo una �tarea de largo aliento� que se ha plasmado con la promulgación de cuatro leyes: la Ley de Sucesiones por Causa de Muerte; la Ley de Régimen Económico Matrimonial y Viudedad; la Ley de Derecho de la Persona y la Ley de Derecho civil Patrimonial, que acabarán refundidas en el futuro Código de Derecho Civil de Aragón.

Konstituzioaren ondoren Aragoiko Zuzenbide Zibila legeen bidez garatu da historiari ezinbesteko arreta eta begirunea erakutsita. Zuzenbide hori XXI. mendeko gizarte-errealitatean aplikatu behar da, dena den. Aragoiko Zuzenbide Zibila zaindu, aldatu eta garatzea epe luzeko zeregina izan da eta lau legeen al darrikapenean mamitu da: Heriotzaren ondoriozko Oinordetzari buruzko Legea, Ezkontzaren Ondare araubideari eta Alarguntasunari buruzko Legea, Pertsonaren Zuzenbideari buruzko Legea eta Ondarearen Zuzenbideari buruzko Legea. Etorkizunean lege horiek guztiek Aragoiko Zuzenbide Zibilaren Kodea osatu ko dute.

The development of a post-constitutional Aragonese civil law has been brought about with exquisite attention and respect paid to history, but without the neglecting the social reality of the twenty-first century in which it is to be applied. The preservation, amendment and development of the Aragonese civil law is still a �long term task� which has resulted in the enactment of four laws: the law of Inheritance due to Death; the Law on Matrimonial Property Regime and Widow hood; the Law on Rights of the Person and the Law on Estate Civil Law, which shall be revised in the future Civil Law Code of Aragon.
