El conocimiento, es un activo intangible valioso para la organización, por ello se hace necesario establecer elementos de gestión que permitan su desarrollo y mantenimiento en la misma, uno de estos elementos es el trabajo en equipo, que favorece la socialización del conocimiento a través de la puesta en practica de la cultura, el liderazgo, las políticas de recursos humanos y la estructura organizativa.

The knowledge, is a valuable intangible asset for the organization, for it becomes it necessary to establish administration elements that allow its development and maintenance in the same one, one of these elements it is the work in team that favors the socialization of the knowledge through the setting in practices of the culture, the leadership, the politicians of human resources and the organizational structure.
