Resumen de Diagnostico y diseño de un programa de seguridad e higiene para una empresa fabricantes de arneses, en Hermosillo, Sonora

• The present work contemplates results of an investigation realized in a manufacturing company of harnesses in the first quarter of the year 2011, in Hermosillo, Sonora, this company possesses different areas where there are realized manufacturing processes of different types of harnesses.

  On having realized the diagnosis of the current situation there was detected that safety problems and hygiene exist in the different areas that shape the company, the above mentioned diagnosis was carried out by means of the compilation of information by means of a list of check and a questionnaire for the personnel.

  Detected problems refer principally to the lack of delimiting area of work, not ergonomic modules of work and lack an identification and risk evaluation and safety controls.

  On the basis of the previous thing a Safety program and Hygiene designed Industry, the benefits of the implementation will meet reflected in the productivity, in the major performance of the equipment and / or efficiency of the personnel.
