Resumen
Avante Manufacturing Company aims to improve production systems that impact the quality of their product and offering service to customers.
The purpose of the diagnosis made was to identify areas for improvement in production system based on ISO 9001:2008, which allowed carrying out a process approach.
As part of the methodology is contemplated as follows:
- Analysis of the Processes for planning, control and improvement of production (Specifically production processes, purchasing, maintenance, resources design and management resources) - Processes comparison Versus ISO 9001 - Proposals for improving the production process.
After the analysis and processes comparison with ISO requirements, we found that in Manufactures Avante, expertise staff is a valuable resource for manufacturing and designing dies and hardware, which is reflected in the finished products quality and appropriate material usage. It is concluded that there are several opportunity areas which can be supported to improve their processes, without leaving out that all this will surely provide the basis for standardization processes under a quality system focus.
