Resumen de Decisiones estratégicas empleando flujo máximo en redes: Aplicación a una empresa de autopartes

In this paper we apply operations research concepts (modeling, maximum flow in a network and linear programming) in the analysis of the production capacity of an auto parts company. Since we focus on the optimization of the system, the objective of the analysis is to maximize the output and the optimization of the resources. With the model we obtain a set of production policies, and also facilitate quick decisions for the expansion of the capacityboth in the long term horizon. The research is the interest for practitioners dedicated to the management of systems and those who areinterested in reducing the associated uncertainty in the decision making process.
