  • In Mexico exists a great deficiency in the patent culture in both private industry and public organizations even more in academia, when it should be this which promotes the creatinggenerating of a patent management culture as utility models, trademarks, industrial designs, copyright and related rights. That is the primary reason in making this proposal, which offers the option to train and be skilled in a diploma which consists of four workshops for intellectual property management to all researchers and scholars from the double subsystems of Universidades Politécnicas and Universidades Tecnológicas (polytechnic universities and technical universities). It is to offer the opportunity to prepare in the management of intellectual property.
