This investigation contains a marketing analysis about the acceptation level to the Pinos´ Academic Unity of the Technologic University of Zacatecas, applied to his objective auditory and prospect clients, 137 future graduated students from high school. In the investigation is analyzed every aspect that composes institutional characteristics like:
Educational programs, infrastructure, links with productive sector, quality education, and others.
Between the most important objectives in investigation highlights to improve the Institutional Image of the University making a proposal improvement of these factors, because 19% of comments from students´ parents say that serious deficiencies exist in the mentioned image.
In the second part of this investigation are presented the materials and methods that structure the marketing investigation. In total were evaluated 10 aspects contained on the educative institutions image.
Finally, the project concludes with proposals and recommendations to improve the institutional image.
