Resumen
In this research project measured the level of satisfaction of users of the service of Poder Judicial of the State of Nayarit. 40 courts were considered attached to the 20 municipalities of the state, including the areas civil, family, commercial, criminal and adolescents.
Derived from this investigation, we obtained results that determined the user perception on the performance of the justice system operator and the impact it generates with the service offered by the institution.
In turn, we analyzed the results of the previous year and compared with results generated from this year in order to know if there was an increase in the degree of user satisfaction in terms of service, or conversely, detect if they had comments that were not in favor, all in order to have an approach to the perceptions and evaluations can have on service users.
It is important to consider that when making a comparative elements are found useful for the improvement of services, something that is of utmost importance to the Poder Judicial of the State of Nayarit.
