Resumen de Fabricación y caracterización de películas delgadas de Alq3

  Películas delgadas de Alq3 (tris (8-hidroxiquinolato) de aluminio) se depositaron sobre vidrio mediante evaporación térmica con el fin de establecer las tasas de evaporación óptimas para depositar películas entre 30 a 120 nm sobre un sustrato a temperaturas entre 60 y 120°C.   Alq3 (tris (8-hydroxyquinolate) aluminum) thin films were deposited on glass by thermal evaporation in order to establish the optimal evaporationrates of thin films deposited between 30 to 120nm on a substrate with temperatures between 60 and 120°C.
