  • Based on the NOM-168-SSA1-1998 issued by the "Secretaría de Salud" (DGRSS, 1998) we developed an electronic system to control the patient Medical Record with the aim of combining records, notes and certificates relating to the intervention health personnel in accordance with health regulations in valid in Mexico. System integration is done through the development and implementation of three applications: desktop, web and mobile devices that are connected to a robust and flexible database. Control of the electronic medical record has a focus on mobile application structured through tabs, which are cancer, epidemiological outbreak, diabetes, appointment, campaign staff and record, which includes mechanisms to maintain the security of the connection database with the central server. It is very important to maintain disease control and streamline patient care, so that the proposed Comprehensive System is relevant and its objective is the analysis, design, development and implementation of electronic clinical documentation operable in various virtual environments with multiple devices. Its construction is based on four main tools: a database robust and flexible, and three applications developed for different environments with various devices and desktop called, "Web" and "mobile devices". The design of the three applications is consistent in terms of its content which contributes to operability.

    Gone are the most representative and important components in the health sector, such as cancer, outbreak, Diabetes, Appointments, Campaigns, Personal and Filed. We used various development platforms, the first relates to the environment in which multiple devices operate and the second with the use of free distribution software which ensures the functionality of the Integral System and to achieve greater social coverage.

    The method used was the technological development for the "development projects" in the area of engineering and technology in the software engineering discipline. It consists of four stages for three applications that make up the comprehensive system of electronic medical record control the desktop, website and mobile devices. As part of the application development for mobile devices that includes mainly tablets and smartphones, a structure defined tabs to allow access to the monitoring of patients with cancer and / or diabetes, Epidemiological Outbreak Notifications, Medical Appointments and Campaigns Health, Personal and Medical Records Control patients.
