The existence of conditions that distinguish one student from another, should not be grounds for segregating to attend college, but rather should be an occasion for the school, enabling him to explore strategies and innovative ways to make the teaching-learning process, is carried out successfully. This paper presents the first results in the development of educational support material, in the quest for inclusion and integration of the Deaf community in the field of higher education, by means of an electronic dictionary accounting. Note that the dictionary here reflected the level of previous gains, as must be admitted and accepted by the Deaf community itself, for inclusion and integration is conclusively in their native language, so the knowledge and promotion of it is essential for its impact is of great importance.
