Resumen de Calentamiento global y sus consecuencias: estado de la cuestión

Se realiza una breve síntesis de los aspectos más destacados de los últimos Informes presentados sobre el calentamiento global, y la fiabilidad y significación científica en el campo del conocimiento de estos Informes; refiriéndonos, en particular, a la metodología y bases científicas de los mismos, para terminar considerando las graves consecuencias más probables del proceso de calentamiento global demostrado en los mismos para las próximos años, y la particularización de las consecuencias previsibles para España. En particular, el análisis se centra en precisar algunas cuestiones epistemológicas y los contenidos y conclusiones del 5º Informe del IPCC (2013 y 2014) y del �Third National Climate Assessment: Climate Change Impacts in the United States�.

The article provides a summary of the most relevant aspects of the latest reports on Global Warming and the scientific reliability and significance in the area of knowledge of the same. Reference is made to the scientific basis and methodology employed in the reports and consideration given to the serious and most probable consequences of the Global Warming process forecasted over forthcoming years and particularly with respect to the foreseeable consequences for Spain. This analysis considers certain epistemic aspects and the content and conclusions of both the 5th IPCC Assessment Report (2013 and 2014) and that of the Third National Climate Assessment: Climate Change Impacts in the United States.
