Resumen de Cómo favorece la inteligencia emocional al aprendizaje cooperativo en docentes de educación básica

Teresa Castillo, Guadalupe Ramírez, Arlette Moreno, María Noriega, Olivia Allende

  • The field of education goes beyond reforms and innovations. It requires two agents: the student and the educator, the latter of which is important to achieving institutional objectives. One of the problems in education is the way in which the planned educational strategies are carried out. This requires not only knowledge and a level of preparation on the part of the educator, but also attitude and aptitude. Because of this it is important to begin to value the educational profession again, instead of viewing it as just a job, since work that undervalues the educator can make him or her apathetic towards innovation, collaboration and the use of new educational resources. In this situation it is fundamental to work with the educator on ways to control his or her emotions in adverse or unforeseen situations that these same emotions can provoke, using as a starting point the collaborative work that should be present in an educational institution as a means to increase the quality of the education.
