Resumen de Balance afectivo, nivel de estrés y necesidades psicoeducativas estudio de caso: Universidad Tecnológica de Querétaro

  • This study was carried out at the Universidad Tecnológica de Querétaro. It seeks to test the stress level, psycho-educational needs and emotional balance index as a component of emotional well-being of a sample of 637 students of different careers and the relationship among the three constructs. It was a non probabilistic convenient sampling, based on the desire of students to participate in it. A Pearson correlation and analysis of variance were used to analyze the information. The results indicate a significant relationship between the stress level of students and academic and psychological needs that demand. Also there is a negative relationship between the level of stress and emotional balance. There was no difference between the stress levels of men and women, but in the psycho-educational needs and emotional balance.
