A partir de la consideración de que la evaluación de las competencias comunicativas orales (expresión e interacción oral) es un factor clave para el aprendizaje, este artículo analiza la situación de la evaluación de dichas competencias en dieciocho centros universitarios de enseñanza de lenguas extranjeras, alemanes y españoles, así como la aplicación de herramientas y procedimientos sistemáticos para su evaluación.Abstract: This article intends to promote the reflection of the evaluation of the oral communicative competencies (speaking and interaction) as an essential element for the development of these competencies. The article introduces an analysis of the situation of oral communicative competencies evaluation in eighteen Spanish and German higher education institutions for foreign languages teaching. This analysis presents the application of tools and systematic procedures to evaluate oral and communicative competencies.
