Resumen de Procedimiento legal para la constitución, la instalación, y la operación de empresas en Tecamachalco, Puebla.

• The aim of this documentary research was to generate a document substantiating the legal process of CONSTITUTION, INSTALLATION and OPERATION of the Mipymes in Tecamachalco, Puebla, to facilitate the understanding of the requirements that must be gathered to comply with the legal system of the federal, state and local government of Mexico.First, the procedure of CONSTITUTION is explained, in which the appropriate legal form to the characteristics and interests of the project must be chosen.The second part of the procedure is called INSTALLING; at this stage all the necessary arrangements for the building of the company will be made. In order to construct the building, various actions with federal and local government agencies should be carried out; which are being discussed in this research.The third stage belongs to the opening of the business establishment and / or early formal activities of the company. It is called OPERATION.

  Once the establishment has been built and all the minimum legal requirements for installation have been carried out, regulations to initiate activities must be complied, and open its doors to the public in general.
