Resumen
The next research study is about of the employment situation principally case of people graduated of the technical careers in Tlaxcala south region, México. The theoretical framework is focused in the human capital theory from the economical perspective and the possibility to increase the productivity by investing in the workforce, education and the fundamental piece in the employability's definition for any market job. The globalization influence and its technological repercussions in the educative system as well as the role of the technological superior middle education from the global and regional situation are other topics that this study mentions. Finally, the results, graphics and statistics of this research are enclosed as well as the possibility that have the graduates of being employed or not for their grades and the job that the graduates obtain after their graduation
