This research is the result of the diagnosis made by the company Agroindustrial de Chiautla de Tapia, S. A. de C. V. This company has worked under an empirical and informal management. It has survived basically based on government grants. Companies are fundamental part of the region Mixteca Baja. In Mexico, the 60% of companies don't survive more than 2 years; besides, the inappropriate administration results in a weak organization which may lead to bankruptcy. Under these circumstances, "Un Modelo de Intervención Tecnológica Universitaria" is proposed. The aim of this model is to determine the company current financial statement based on the administrative process and financial structure in order to avoid a financial risky situation. The pertinence of this project is determined by the company location which is under the influence area of our institution.
Several researches have been done which involve hibiscus flower. Research made has had to do with accounting and other disciplines from our institution. This paper emphasizes the financial and administrative process by identifying critical situations and improvement constraints since there's little control on sells, income, client's portfolio, cash flow, etc.
