    • The present document is based on the experience of Technological University of Huejotzingo, that since 2012 started the implementation of Ki Wo Tsukau methodology to take into consideration.As part of its Quality System and with the objective of improve its competitiveness.Through this work the reader will appreciate the potential impact of Ki Wo Tsukau Methodology on the performance of all its processes, based on a cultural paradigm shift of the collaborators, the systematization of a model of continuous improvement in benefit of all the interested parts, As a result all these elements together, provide an effective management of organizational learning.At the same time, some strategies are suggested for the training and competence of the students and graduates from Technological Universities in dynamic cycles of improvements of Ki Wo Tsukau methodology, to take into consideration. That permits to promote and encourage student's participation since their practices or stays, producing a significant impact in organizations, institutions or agencies in which they have influence.
