Resumen de Conformación del cuerpo académico "producción y operaciones" del programa de ingeniería industrial en la Universidad Politécnica de Altamira

This document intents to make an auto evaluation of the Formation Academic Group "Production and Operations" of the Industrial Engineering educational program at the Universidad Politécnica de Altamira, the one that in its seven months of creation, has a sufficient amount of full time professors, multivariate profiles and work experience to develop high quality academic production in any of its modalities. In order to achieve that, an evaluation based on the Guide for the Analysis of an Academic Group, form the Program for Improvement of Higher Education Teachers (PROMEP, for its Spanish name).
After an exhaustive analysis in which simple administrative technics as well as some adaptations to the Guide for the Analysis of an Academic Group were applied, a thought about the advances done in this period of time was done. Finally, some improvements to increase not only the habilitation of the professors but also the quality of the Industrial Engineering educational program are proposed.
