Resumen de La formación de Cuerpos Académicos en las Instituciones Actualizadoras de Docentes del estado de Guerrero, el desempeño de uno de ellos

• We describe the course of formation of five academic teams Institutions Teachers Actualizadoras Guerrero state, and discusses some features of this entity inserted in the South Pacific region, singled out by dissimilar problems related to social exclusion and inequity.

  The formation of an academic team at the National Pedagogical University 123, located in the Middle Balsas, sub-section of the social dysfunction, is discussed in order to explain how the development of their activities, helps to fulfill some of the basic functions neglected until now by the unit. His background training, research and project work in the medium and long term, are part of this work.
