Resumen de Rediseño de la estructura del Simulador PYME.

  • This paper presents research Redesign Business Simulator PYME, for the purpose of adapt the variables that comprise the user's learning needs and in relation to the development of entrepreneurial skills that give way to the generation of an electronic simulator. For it was evaluated Research conducted to identify the training needs of PYMES. Based on this evaluation, we selected needs to be included in the simulator, thus beginning their reengineering. The Simulator PYMES operating in a context where variables interrelate closely targeted to the Marketing Mix, playing an important role in making decisions based on the information published. They should study the consequences generated quickly by step course of the months and determined by the administrator of the simulator. It searches through the scenario presented, try different actions to analyze the characteristics of the target markets, and decision-making experience and gain specific expertise to implement each of the strategies. During simulation the user will make decisions in relation to 5 blocks: Opening Process, Organizational Design, Human Capital, Planning, Marketing and Finance.
