Resumen
The attention to tourist activity is imperiously motivated for the influence that this sector has in economy, society and echology in the national scope.
Aware of this, the Secretary of Tourism in the State of Puebla, (SECTUREP) named the Benemérita Universidad Autónoma of Puebla (B.U.A.P.) through Business Administration Academic Group, Tourist Administration, management of Tourist Administration, Governance and Development; in 2012 for the creation of the Tourist Observatory in the State of Puebla.
Now a days, only three states in our country have this essential tool, they are Puebla, Guanajuato and Baja California. We hope next years be obligatory the Tourist Observatory to benefy people interested in tourist activity.
Tourist Observatory must generate information to improve and make more efficient the processes of tourist planning, to guide, promote strategies as well as the design of products, and in general achieve tourist destination be more competitive.
This proposal includes a methodology that takes as reference, indicators, to contribute for an efficient dynamic in tourist sector in Puebla.
