  • Higher education institutions as part of its substantive functions Extender is the awareness among the population through activities such as adult education, expert advice and the development of productive projects, all contributing to the continuous improvement of organizations and of society in general.

    The environment in which research is proposed that will be in the framework of the Toluca Valley organizations as a demonstration of the reality that prevails in impact to support human capital development.

    The proposal is to conduct a university extension model as substantive role of the universities and from the perspective of the Public University will support the growth and development of human capital in these organizations.

    In order to identify human capital needs of the Toluca Valley organizations performing a collection of information based on a survey that was carried out based on the study of the variables that can describe the human capital and the level of maturity that it has, this based on previous studies that have been conducted both in Argentina (Fritzsche:

    2000) and in Venezuela (García Lobo: 2004) and Colombia (Castaneda 2004), based on the above are defined as relevant variables such as satisfaction , communication, social and labor climate, motivation, sense of belonging and involvement, innovation capacity, leadership, professional skills and teamwork.
