    • Small and medium sized enterprises look for their growth to accomplish their objective which is to increase sales. However, a beneficial growth and convenient is not only to look at sales, which can be very changeable from one year to another, due to the fact that there are demands by consumers. Also other factors can take part in quality, work relationships, human resources or materials, Technology and so on.

      Nevertheless, there is a powerful antecedent that contributes to achieve success in an enterprise with all their activities and at the same time it concerns for economy of a country.

      This antecedent is education, but from the point of view to Marketing because we have to understand the essence of a business, so we should know how to do it and where to go.

      It is said that the source of richness is work-capital. But, if we analyze in what richness consists of, we might sum up in the action or doing and the essence which has a hard-working Knowledge. In one way or another, to provide empirical knowledge, most of the time the decisions could become inappropriate or maybe they might work but without enduring. Success should be a constant in Keeping, strengthening, innovating and having new ways of work which are effective according to be demanded in a Competitive World.
