Resumen
This study consisted of a questionnaire to measure technological innovation and aimed at entrepreneurs of Ciudad Nezahualcóyotl business development based on a survey applied to 253 entrepreneurs of the municipality. The instrument contains 10 items, was designed and validated by 10 researchers in each of the areas, obtaining a reliability of 90%.
According to the diagnosis made by the CA 'Entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs' is intended to meet the needs identified by the instrument applied to three economic sectors (Industrial, commercial, and services) are given the results. and expected results for the support of a center of technological innovation and business development for entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs of Ciudad Nezahualcoyotl (CITYDEN) which consists in turning the MIPYME´s into profitable and which are at the forefront of technological growth offering them solutions to their problems with projects and systems according to their needs, since based on the experience and the research is to develop an educational computer policyfocused entrepreneurs who develop their skills for learning to learn through the use of information and communication technologies and strengthening the research and scientific development. It points out the techniques and tools that will be used to provide solution to the problems of SMEs, being the following:
o Software for comprehensive management developed by the CITYDEN for the control of MSMEs.
o ERP software for SMEs in SAS (software rental service) made in the CITYDEN.
o Implementation of ERP systems by third parties, for SMEs and government sector.
o Business training in the public and private sectors.
o Development of information technologies He was a comparative with other cluster and held a quote than is required to start up Center and establish the viability of this and be able to be inserted into a labor market with the advantage of learning and participate in real projects, plus be benefited 3500 entrepreneurs of the municipality, being the second municipality of the State of Mexico with more companies with this amount.
This project is proposed in ciudad Nezahualcóyotl since the municipality primarily based its economic activity in the services sector and so essential to the MIPYME´s therefore the profitability of these companies, they support the well-being of the families who inhabit this region and even municipalities such as Chimalhuacan and Texcoco, also is the 11.2% of the entities in the State of Mexico, these companies collect a total of 184, 160 inhabitants of 17, 531 inhabitants of this municipality.
