    • The present study is focused on measuring the satisfaction of the support services offered in the Universidad Tecnológica de Coahuila, most studies of satisfaction in universities are geared towards teaching, tutorial work and accompanying spinal cord in the process. In this case were constructs of facilities, service hours and service of the staff in the areas, the same general questions were made to measure satisfaction study in the institution and relation to registration fees related to the satisfaction of the service that is received. It was an instrument with 25 variables related to the construct and 5 questions of classification, became a test of reliability that yielded the result of alpha of Cronbach 81, the survey was applied personally to 289 students of the 5 programs that are offered at the level of University senior technician, sample was driving a confidence level of 95% and a margin of error established by the researcher of 5%. An exploratory, descriptive results analysis was done by age, sex and programs, and a bivariate correlation analysis.
