    • Nowdays software development processes impacting on the quality of the products they generate. The standard NMX-I-059-NYCE-2005, helps to Mexican Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) to improving their software development processes. The advantages of this type of companies to get agile compression MoProSoft model, and achieve certification processes, has become a strategy for the managed and quality assurance of software products. However, the level of mastery and understanding of the model represents a challenge in SMEs and educational institutions who want to obtain certification of the standard mentioned above. Consequently it represents a high cost of external consulting for its implementation. By the foregoing, the first part of this paper is focuses on the design and representation of a Macro-identification based on workflow MoProSoft model, in the second part of the development we are going to focus in the graphical modeling and workflow representation made by PERT diagrams.
