Resumen de Coordinación de cuerpos académicos con base en las tecnologías de la información

An system based on Technologies Information was designed and developed to coordinate the logistic and academic activities of academic work teams of the Universidad Tecnológica Emiliano Zapata del Estado de Morelos (UTEZ). System based on Web platform was proposed to establish a dynamic coordination of academic work inside or even outside of the University, implanting mechanisms of communication and for sharing information, as well as the coordination logistic.
This system has the particular characteristic that it can be adapted and tailor made for the necessities of each academic team work and University, to coordinate efficiently the academic work. Systems shows to the researchers� professors a wide open picture about all projects that are in progress, let them to identify very clear where they can contribute generating internal and external links, since they can add value to the projects in an efficient way. About the logistic, a control about meetings is handling thorough working memorandums, registering about actions progress, agreements, and so on. This proposal system was developed mainly to establish a logistic of coordination for the research and academic work developed at University, in addition to the administrative tasks belonging to the coordination by itself.
