This article presents the analysis of a machine chassis building through to manufacture cleaning products under static load, through the implementation of the Finite Element Method (FEM) using the Inventor professional software. We propose three alternative, which were evaluated based on the results obtained for the efforts of Von Mises, displacement and safety factor. Then compares the results obtained with the purpose of choosing the best alternative, allowing to validate the conceptual design proposed for the team. Finally, the development of this project seeks to make efficient use it resources in the construction of the machine, with what is expected to contribute to the momentum of family workshops that provide auto employment.
