Profile of the entrepreneur , developing new products , services , competitive price , market strategy , product quality , service , process, research and To do this, a deductive analysis of successful aspects such as was followed technological development , the quality of personnel , business skills , financial resources , government support , optimal initial capital , control and accounting and financial records , among the highlights . This in the context of SMEs in Spain , USA , Pakistan and finally in Mexico . Where , agriculture and greenhouses in particular, have the problem of insufficient initial capital , difficult geographical access , high staff turnover , low quality, limited technology , market inaccessible , inadequate marketing channels and alliances exist .
