This paper seeks to carry out a qualitative and quantitative analysis of current financial performance of SBs in the hotel sector in the Northwest of Mexico, attempting to find the economic advantages that enable them to carry out strategic alliances, obtain financing of low-cost depending on the financial structure and develop strategies for viability and permanence in their environment of competition, with the minimum possible risks.
