  • Human beings living in society necessarily requires values and put them into practice through ethics. The values are considered as those that are valuable to man and relate to humans. Ethics is the science of morals, while morality is the subject matter of ethics.The law, ethics and values are particularly reflected in the right to information that is necessary for transparency. The right to information is born into human rights, the human being must always be reported, ie, has the right of access to sources of information that can be natural or through technological means. Professional ethics are a must for any professional, that is, must be his way of life, even in the public administration server.
