  • The present study made in the first part a literature review about the main characteristics of the labor market for professionals in Accounting from the city of Sucre.

    Primary information was obtained through sampling within the organizations involved in the workplace, they have to see and represent interest in the field of the study area. Thereby obtaining the object of research, the impact of the professionals in the city of Sucre.

    Among the results show that the skills of professionals have improved, however it is important to incorporate into the Teaching and Learning Process of larger professional training processes work practices.
