Resumen de Cambio de paradigma educativo: del maestro autoritario a la autogestión del alumnado.

En este artículo abordamos la situación actual del sistema educativo español y revisamos el paradigma educativo del siglo veintiuno. Así mismo, nos preguntamos cuál debe ser la función del maestro en cuanto a la distribución del poder en el aula. Para ello analizamos tres modelos docentes, tomando como referencia las categorías definidas por Fontan (1978) y revisando varias experiencias escolares reales, con el fin de comprender cuál es el mejor sistema de distribución del poder, que permita acompañar al alumnado hacia una experiencia autogestionada y de desarrollo de su capacidad crítica y analítica.

In this article we address the current situation of the Spanish educative system and we inspect the education paradigm of the twenty-one century. Besides we ask about what should be the role of the teacher at the class power distribution between the teacher and the pupils. For this reason we analyse three teacher archetypes, as of Fontan's categories (1978) as referent, and we revise some real school archetypes, in order to share with students the self-management experience and to develop their critical and analytic skills.
