El presente trabajo intenta acercar una aproximación sobre algunos aspectos de la Ley Nacional de Salud Mental Nº 26.657. Para ello seleccione cuatro de los cuarenta y tres artículos que contiene la ley porque considero que sintetizan los cambios más significativos que se incorporan.
Luego, desde una perspectiva psicoanalítica, dejo planteadas posibles líneas de investigación sobre el tema.

This article will try to make an approach about some aspects included in mental health´s National Law Nº 26.657. For that purpose, four from the forty-three articles within it were selected, as it is considered that they synthesize the more significant changes integrated into it. Then, from a Psychoanalytical perspective, possible investigation lines about the issue will be presented.
