The differences and similarities in the structure of value of individual orientations can play a role of the basis for it´s typology construction, which can lead to the determination of the distinguished group of people with a similar value system. The aim of the research was to study the social and psychological types of leaders´ value orientations.
The subject of the research is concerned with the first-line and middle-level managers. Cluster analysis helped to identify three most common types of value orientations of specialist managers.
