  La investigación Conflicto destello de oportunidades se ubica en la línea de "Desarrollo y diversidad", y se enmarca dentro del macro proyecto "Sujetos y diversidad: una mirada desde el desarrollo humano"; recibe su nombre en el sentido que se asume al destello como aquella gama de rayos multicolores, que si bien se muestran de manera momentánea la intensidad de su resplandor es capaz de iluminar los entornos y los espacios donde se presenta; de esta manera, se considera que el conflicto está presente en¡ el sistema de relaciones, como ese destello de luz que ilumina y moviliza nuevas formas de encuentro dentro de las relaciones de poder, donde se hace posible el reconocimiento del otro y la diversidad se acoge como la verdadera riqueza de la humanidad. La dinámica del proceso de investigación se estructura en cuatro momentos, el primero es el destello problematizador, donde se encuentra: la descripción y formulación del problema, justificación, objetivos y estado de arte; el segundo destello es el argumentativo referencial, que consta de dos grandes bloques, uno orientado al desarrollo de las categorías del macro proyecto como desarrollo humano, educación y diversidad, y el otro a las categorías emergentes dentro del proceso investigativo como son sistema de relaciones, sujeto y subjetividad y conflicto en las relaciones de poder.

  La investigación en su destello metodológico, se ubica en el paradigma cualitativo que se lo ha descrito como la luz que guía el camino investigativo, el cristal con el que se da lectura al fenómeno y la realidad se enmarca en el enfoque histórico hermenéutico con apoyo de la metodología biográfica narrativa, utilizando talleres investigativos y relatos biográficos como técnica de recolección de información; teniendo en cuenta que la población y muestra es singular y diversa se hace relación a la metáfora de gama multicolor. En un cuarto momento, se ubica el destello hermenéutico, dentro del cual se desarrolla el encuentro con las intersubjetividades cuyo fin es la indagación, identificación y descripción de las narrativas en torno a las jurídicas escolares de la I.E.M la Rosa y los diferentes relatos de los actores de la investigación, dando paso al dialogo intersubjetivo entorno a tres hallazgos: la concepciones sobre el conflicto y las maneras como enfrentarlo se encuentran mediadas por el contexto cultural del sistema familiar; las relaciones de poder son múltiples y diversas como la misma subjetividad; el dualismo de percepciones del rol de autoridad de padres y acudientes frente al conflicto, lo que conlleva al alcance del objetivo general propuesto dentro del proceso, y así lograr un acercamiento a aquella respuesta a la pregunta ¿Cuál es el rol de los sistemas familia y escuela, en la construcción de sujeto frente al conflicto como fenómeno potencializador en las relaciones de poder?, bajo el entendido, que el camino no termina sino que apenas comienza, porque la verdad no es aquella que se alcanza sino aquella que motiva para seguir investigando.

  The research Conflict, an shining of opportunities is located in the line of "Development and diversity", and it is framed within the frame project "Subjects and Diversity: an insight from human development"; it receives this name because an shining is regarded as that range of multicolor rays, which, although are shown only for a moment, the intensity of its shining is able to illuminate the surroundings and spaces where it is presented. This way, it is considered that a conflict is present in the relationship system as that sparkle of light that illuminates and mobilizes new ways of meeting inside power relationships, where it has been made possible a recognition of others and diversity is received as the real wealth of humankind. The dynamics of the research process is organized according to four moments. The first one is called Problem Sparkle. The description and problem statement, justification, objectives, and the state of the art; the second one is called Reference Argumentative Sparkle, which consists of two big blocks, one of them directed towards the development of the categories of the project framed such as Human Development, Education, and Diversity, and the other which refers to the emerging categories within a research process such as Relationship System, Subject, and Subjectivity and finally is the Power Relationship Conflict. The research, in its Methodology Sparkle, is located in the Qualitative Paradigm, which has been described as the light that guides the research path, the glass which reads the phenomenon and reality, this framed in an Historic Hermeneutic approach with the support of the Biographical Narrative Methodology, implementing Research Workshops and Biographical Tales as a Technique for information gathering, taking into account that the population and sample are singular and diverse, a relationship is made to the multicolor range metaphor.In fourth place is the Hermeneutic Sparkle, within which it is developed a meeting with the inter subjectivities the aim of which aim is the identification and description of the narratives around scholar laws of the I.E.M La Rosa and the different stories of the actors of the research, making way to an inter subjective dialog around three findings: Conceptions on the conflict and how to face it are intervened by the cultural context of the family system, power relationships are diverse and numerous like the very same subjectivity, the dualism of role perceptions of the authority of parents and guardians facing the conflict, which leads to reaching the general objective proposed during the process, and thus attaining an approach to that answer to the question: What is the role of the family and school systems in the construction of a subject, facing the conflict as a potential phenomenon in power relationships?, being understood that the path does not finish but is just at its starting point, since the truth is not only attained but also it motivates to keep on researching.
