Tesis de grado: la experiencia como director y algunas sugerencias para ejercer la tarea

    Este artículo es producto de una ponencia presentada en el Panel "El rol de directores y evaluadores de tesis" en el marco de las Jornadas "Claves para una tesis de grado" organizadas por la Asociación de Profesionales en Administración (APROA) y la Facultad de Ciencias de la Gestión (FCG) de la Universidad Autónoma de Entre Ríos (UADER).

    Tiene como objetivo identificar algunos aspectos necesarios y a veces problemáticos del proceso de construcción de un informe final de tesis de grado.

    Desde la visión de un director de tesis se abordan algunas cuestiones relativas a: los tesistas y sus trayectorias, el contexto institucional, la especificidad de este tipo de pieza comunicacional y algunas consideraciones para tener en cuenta en el futuro.

    This article is a product of a paper presented at the Panel "The role of directors and evaluators of thesis" of the meeting "Key to the development of a thesis", organized by the Association of Professionals in Administration APROA and the Faculty of Management Sciences (FCG) of the Autonomous University of Entre Ríos (UADER).

    The goal of this paper consists in to identify some aspects that are necessary and sometimes problematic in the process of building a final report of degree thesis.

    Since the vision of a director of thesis, some issues are mentioned relating to: the students and their trajectories, the institutional context, the specificity of this type of report and some considerations to take into account in the future.
