Prosthesis osteoarticular fungal infections are rare post-surgical complications. We report an 80-year-old male who developed C. parapsilosis infection after a knee replacement prosthetic. The treatment consisted in a prosthesis removal followed by replacement of articulated spacer with quick cement and a continuous irrigation with fluconazole during the replacement.
