    Las granjas avícolas ponedoras suelen ocasionar malos olores a las poblaciones próximas a ellas debido a la emisión de amoniaco, generando una externalidad negativa y produciendo ineficiencia, pues los costos sociales no están siendo asumidos por los productores.

    En estos casos, podremos considerar la intervención del gobierno. Esta actuación del gobierno puede materializarse en medidas fiscales que pueden ser diversos tipos, impuesto al input, al output, impuesto a la actividad, así como combinación de una ayuda y un impuesto y medidas no fiscales como regulaciones más restrictivas. En el presente y posteriores números de la revista vamos a analizar el efecto de distintas medidas fiscales que con objeto de solventar el problema del impacto atmosférico por malos olores puede plantearse.

    The poultry birds farms usually cause bad smells of the populations next to them due to the ammonia emission. The poultry farms generate a negative effects to third, and generates inefficiency, since the social costs are not being assumed by the producers.

    In these cases, we will be able to consider the intervention of the government. This performance of the government can materialize in fiscal measurements that can be diverse types, imposed on the input, on the output imposed on the activity, as well as combination of a help and a tax and not fiscal measurements like more restrictive regulations. In the present and later numbers of the magazine, we are going to analyze the effect of different fiscal measurements.
