  • A new Manual of the Frascati family is been developing by S & T indicators working group of the OCDE, in order to provide international statistical standards and a data reporting system worldwide equivalent regarding the measurement of human resources in science and technology (HRST). The scope and coverage of the Manual, criteria for S & T personnel account, fields and activities in S & T, levels of HRST classification, possible breakdowns of data (gender, age, salaries, etc., are reported.
