  • The article looks at politics and government in Korea as of 2014, focusing on the possible reunification of South Korea and North Korea. The author outlines potential reunification scenarios including the collapse of the North Korean government. She discusses the impact of reunification, expressing the view that while it would entail costs and other challenges, it would ultimately be of great benefit and should be facilitated and planned for by countries with influence in the region, notably the U.S., China, and Japan.
