  • The article presents a discussion of U.S. Central Intelligence Agency's Cold War involvement in the 1973 military coup against Chile's President Salvador Allende, adapted from the book "Good Hunting: An American Spymaster's Story" by Jack Devine, with Vernon Loeb. The establishment of General Augusto Pinochet after the coup as Chile's authoritarian leader is explored.
