Este é um comentário crítico do livro A metáfora do Deus encarnado (2000), de John Hick. Hick busca rever axiomas cristológicos, tentando reinterpretá-los no intuito de fazê-los significativos para o diálogo inter-religioso. Propõe uma cristologia pluralista, desconstruindo tradicionais premissas e dando novos significados ao evento Jesus. Hick reviews Christological axioms, attempting to reinterpret them so as to render them significant to the dialogue between religions. He proposes a pluralist Christology, deconstructing traditional premises and investing Jesus’ event with new meanings.
